Personnel Qualifications:
The skill desired to perform this job are:
- Diploma III graduation (D-III) majoring in Secretary, Administration/Management with 5 years experiences in similar position in International NGO's.
- Under graduate (S1) majoring in Management/Administration with 3 years experiences in similar position in International NGO's.
- Good command in English written and spoken
- Able to act as receptionist or front office
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to operate computer (MS-Office, Power point, Excell, internet)
- Have a good personal and interpersonal skills
Personnel Job Descriptions:
Under supervision of Office Manager, the specific duties and activities of this position as follows:
- To assist in collecting all purchasing receipt
- Updating inventory list such as stationery etc
- Prepare all project and staff requirements such as document copy etc
- To file official document and keep all well organized
- Responsible for daily attendance list control of staff and report to Admin Manager
- Prepare meeting room and other arrangement related to other event organizing in office
- To update and maintain all personal files and keep it as confidential document
- Deal with incoming and outgoing letter
- Receive the telephone/fax, well come the quest
